Intelligent drive drum with permanent magnets
Jasung presents a unique external rotor technology with permanent magnets. In the Jasung intelligent permanent magnetic drum, the shaft is a fixed part, similar to the stator of an electric motor. The stator iron core consists of layers of silicon steel fixed to a shaft inside which the stator winding is located. When a symmetrical three-phase alternating current is applied to the stator winding, a rotating magnetic field is created.
The surface of the drum is similar to the rotating part of the electric motor and consists of layers of silicon steel fixed on the inner surface of the drum. Inside it are magnets made of high-strength material of UH class. These magnets create a constant magnetic field, and when a symmetrical three-phase alternating voltage is applied, the machine starts working, and therefore the drum also works.
